Cosmic Dove Studio was founded by graphic designer Jemima Schejbal, who works under the pseudonym Cosmic Dove. With a deep commitment to analogue processes, the creation of printed matter has always been central to her practice.

The studio's story is rooted in a simple truth: Jemima couldn't find a wall calendar that actually met her personal style. The options were either too distracting or completely uninspired. Driven by that frustration – and a case of “how hard can it be?” – she designed one for herself: a simple yet thoughtfully crafted calendar created to match the aesthetic of her home seamlessly.

It wasn't until friends dropped by and started showcasing interest that she realised this was a passion shared by many others; a love of printed matter for their curated lives.
